We currently ship to Mainland France, Europe, and international destinations. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the total weight of your order.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

To ensure impeccable quality, every order undergoes careful handling and a rigorous quality control process. This meticulous preparation helps us prevent any damage or loss during transit.

  • Processing & Tracking: Due to the special attention given to packaging your Hoffman and Clerc pieces, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched and for your tracking number to be sent.

  • Transit (Express Delivery): Once shipped, standard transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days.

  • Please Note: During peak seasons, high-demand periods, or promotional events, the total timeframe for delivery to your home may extend up to 25 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping during specific promotional campaigns or on orders exceeding a designated purchase threshold.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse (within the 2 to 7 business day processing window mentioned above), you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow every step of your package's journey.

5. Missed Deliveries and Returns

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left, or your package will be directed to the nearest local pickup point.

Important: Reshipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer if the package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or due to a failure to collect the package within the designated timeframe.
